Single Occupancy available (Bow Road)

Hello!
I have a single room available for short/long-term lets, a 10-minute walk from Bow Road and a 5-minute walk from Devons Road (DLR).

🌸£725 per month (*❗️all* bills included: council tax, electricity/gas, Wi-Fi, etc.❗️):

Considering the number of flatmates, the location and access to public transport, it’s hard to find a place at this price! (I speak from personal experience of finding a place; in E3, a room alone usually costs around £800, the flat shared with 4–5 people and one bathroom.)

🌸Available period
- Short-term: 16 June – 30 September (approx. 3 months, dates flexible)
- Long-term also available; please let me know your preferred dates
- Both online viewings (weekdays and weekends) and in-person viewings (mainly weekends) are available

🌸Local facilities
- ASDA 24 Express, Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s (8-minute walk), Tesco Superstore, Lidl (approx. 15 minutes)
- Bus stop 3 minutes away (to Stratford, Lewisham, etc.)
- The Gym Group (24-hour), City Hustle Gym, etc.

🌸Basic amenities in the flat
- The shared kitchen is fully equipped with frying pans, pots and cooking utensils, so there is absolutely nothing you need to buy separately
- The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, etc.
- A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies (scouring pads, rubber gloves, washing-up liquid, toilet cleaner, etc.) are all provided
- The room is fitted with a radiator and blinds. (There is currently one small table in the room.)

🌸Flatmates
- The flat is split between the ground and first floors
- Ground Flr: One couple is living, late 30s, work in the hotel industry, and are very thorough about keeping the house clean, you’ll rarely cross paths with the couple living on the ground floor
- First Flr: A male (early 40s, finance) and another male (late 20s, finance); you will be living here upon moving in. (Shared bathroom and the corridor are cleaned on a rota basis, once every 3–4 weeks)
- **❗️Both the 1st and 2nd floor bathrooms have showers and toilets❗️** (which is rare for a monthly rent in this price range); if the bathroom on your floor is occupied, you can use the one on the other floor
- Everyone is very peaceful; as we’re all international with shared flat experience, we take turns cleaning the house and get on well with each other. :)
- As we are all working professionals, there is no risk of late-night noise, and we generally have fixed commuting times (the flat is usually quiet between 8 am and 6 pm).
