Loft Studio /for One : All Bills Included.

Hello,

We have a loft studio apartment at the top of our family house becoming available on the 9th of May 2022. A good friend has been living there for the last 3 years but is now moving on due to a job change.

(Note: The space is only for a single person. Please don't apply if you are a couple!)

We are looking for an individual who is quiet and respectful and see's there apartment as a place of calm.

To get to the loft apartment you have to walk through stairwell of our private house/ living space (where we live with our 3 year old daughter). (This has never been a problem for our other tenants or us as we always choose someone we get on well with.)

Once you get to the loft appartment it is very private with kitchen / dishwasher / bathroom / TV lounge area & bed area (also with lovely views across north London) - please LOOK AT THE VIDEO on the advert!

ALL THE BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price (to make it easy for you and us). Everything you could need has been thought about from recycling to your own intercom unit to answer the door downstairs. We also have a digital app to open and close the doors.
(Except: Washing machine which is located on the first floor of the house but available to use most times of the day.)

Everyone who has lived here has been very happy and always left with lovely memories.

Ideally we looking for a professional who is quiet/ considerate and likes children.

LOFT SPACE: Its an amazing place to live with loads of natural light and a great view over London. There is a cupboard for clothes and plenty of shelving and storage under the bed and other places. You have everything you could need in the space.

ABOUT US:
My name is Tom, and I own the house with my partner Mariana.
I am a professional songwriter/ composer & Mariana works for a charity.
For 2 days a week.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The house is a wide tree lined street and is just next to a lovely big park for jogging/ dog walking (although please note: NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE!).

LOCATION & TRAVEL LINKS:
We are 10mins walk to both Wood Green tube (Picadilly Line) and Bowes Park (overland train) and 25mins tube ride from Soho and Central London.
If you have a bike it takes about 15 mins to the nice shops & cafe's at Crouch End but no more than a short bus ride to Alexandra Palace, Crouch End & Muswell Hill (great restaurants/cafes/health food shops etc). There are really good bus stops at the bottom of our road with direct night bus links into soho etc.
There is also a nice little Italian restaurant on the edge of the park near us, which does good pizza and breakfast.
