About the flat:
1 bedroom in a beautiful Victorian end of terrace maisonette- with a comfortable bed (brand new mattress) and its OWN modern BATHROOM. The room faces the back garden and has light decor, a large window, some bookshelves, a desk and a wardrobe.
The kitchen and living room are shared. That includes new appliances (a big fridge, a washer, dryer and dishwasher).

The area:
The nearest stations are Bowes Park Train Station (3 min walk), Bounds Green tube- Picadilly Line- (7 min walk) and Wood Green tube (18 min walk). Frequent buses also operate.

At the end of my road (1 min) there is a small local high street with cafés, shops, salons, a gym, a bakery and a cute market once a month. Tesco Express is a 5 min walk away. Alexandra Palace and charming Muswell Hill and are within walking distance.

The household:
I am a live-in landlord working in Interior Design. I am a sociable and outgoing personality but like my home to be a sanctuary. Ideally, I am looking for a young professional like me who is friendly and open minded and above all respectful and quiet company. Bills:
Bills (water, gas & electricity, council tax, internet and a cleaner) will be calculated per month. Calculations will be fairly split and a cost breakdown provided. Depending on the usage an estimate of around £200 per month is realistic, considering prices are on the rise.
