The property is shared with two professional male housemates who are easygoing and enjoy a good balance of socialising and personal space. The house offers large, comfortable communal areas, including a generously sized living space and well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for relaxing or hosting friends.
The available room is a good-sized double, suitable for a working professional, with bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and desk furnished in the room. You will share a bathroom with just one other housemate, as the third has their own en-suite.
The flat also comes with a fourth housemate — a small, friendly ginger cat who adds a bit of character to the place.
We’re looking for someone who is in full-time employment and happy to be part of a sociable but relaxed household.
