I am moving out of my room in September and am looking for somebody to take over the tenancy. 1 double room with access to bathroom incl. shower bath, toilet and sink (shared with 1 other male flatmate) and shared kitchen/living space with electric oven and hob, washing machine and dryer and and good sized shared fridge-freezer. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Bowes Park Station (National Rail with access to Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street and Moorgate) and 10 minute walk from Bounds Green Tube (Piccadilly Line).
