The flat is a 5 minute walk from Bowes Park Station (National Rail with access to Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street and Moorgate) and 10 minute walk from Bounds Green Tube (Piccadilly Line).
The bedroom is offered unfurnished. The furniture in the living space is communal.
