Hi there, I am a female professional in my late forties. I am looking for an easy going but also discreet and clean/tidy flatmate (female or male) for the ensuite loft room in my flat.
The room is big with modern decor with a Pretty view from its Juliette Balcony.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a round table with two chairs and a tv set.
The flat is only 5 minutes away from Bowes Park station (which takes you to the City, by stopping at Alexandra Palace, Finsbury Park (Piccadilly and Victoria Line), Highbury and Islington (Victoria Line), Old Street and Moorgate).
Bounds Green (Piccadilly line) is also within easy reach (10-minute walk).
Bowes Park is located near trendy and pretty areas like Crouch End and Muswell Hill. Also, the views from the nearby Alexandra Palace are breath-taking.
The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills and it also reflects the size of room, the ‘private and contained feeling’ of the flat (just me and you) and 'your' loft. Also, it is strictly a NO-SHOE flat for hygiene reasons.
