Room available right next to Brent Cross station

Sadly i am leaving my room in this lovely flat, i have been here 4 years but now leaving london. The tennants are 2 female proffesionals , friendly , respectful and easy to get on with. The flat is always tidy and everyone chips in to keep it that way.

The flat is rented as a whole this means it is each of our responisibility to pay our portion of the rent and if leaving give two months notice and find a replacement for the room you vacate.

Each of us will take responsibility for a bill or few bills. And each month we use splitwise to pay eachother.

The flat is kept very clean and tidy and
If having visitors over we let eachother know as its polite just to give a heads up.

The room itself came unfurnished ,however i am happy to leave the bed and side table if easier. The bed is a kingsize. The flat has two bathrooms, one has a shower ,another has a bath. All shared. Any questions, feel free to ask.

We are 2 minute walk from brent cross tube station on the northern line so its easy to get into central london. 5 minute walk to big tesco and 10 minute walk to brent cross shopping centre. The house is very calm and age of tenants is late 20s -30s, one works in theatre dressing and another is a dental receptionist.
