Large Room in shared flat 2 mins from tube station

Large room in a shared 3 bedroom flat available from November. I am moving out due to a new job and am looking for a female professional to replace me.
Large double, the room comes unfurnished but I'm happy to leave some of my furniture for a cost. Living with 2 other female professionals aged 26-32. Shared living room and kitchen. The room has its own bathroom with bath next door, and there is a shared bathroom with shower upstairs.
Great location - 2 mins walk from tube station, 15 mins walk from overground train station. Big Tesco 5 mins walk away and shopping centre 10 mins walk away. Close to multiple bus stops.
Looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful. Message for any more info/if you would like to book a viewing.
Bills not included, approx £100 a month depending on time of year etc. Council tax band D.
