Double rooms in a creative household in Shoreditch

Two double rooms available from October 1st and October 15th for 1–5 months

Cost:
£980/month (paid on the 1st)

All bills included – water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, council tax, and bi-weekly professional cleaning of shared spaces.

This is a shoes-off home. Outside shoes live happily in the hallway.

The space:
1. Each room is furnished with a comfy double bed, work desk + chair, and storage.
2. Spacious, breezy kitchen with dining table for shared meals or quiet snacks.
3. A large, sunlit shared living room for art, work, lounging, or dreaming.
4. Washing machine next to a roomy bathroom + dehumidified drying area.

We’re open to kind and respectful folks needing a space from 1 month (min. 4 weeks) up to 5 months.

We prefer queers but allies are equally welcomed.
