Single room on Brick Lane

My long term lodger is moving out soon and her room will be available to rent. The flat is on the third floor on fashionable Brick Lane. There is a lift. It's 5 minutes walk to Shoreditch High Street tube. Zone 2. The flat share would suit someone broad minded, easy going and fun. I run a nightclub and occasionally have a party of friends in the shared parts of my home - never more than once a month. I am easy going and can't live with people who are hypersensitive, picky, humourless, particularly difficult or fussy.

The flat has all the usual amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, shared bathroom with bath and shower. You would be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen with me. My daughter lives with me half the week and when she does she sleeps in the living room.
