The room is a great size it will be furnished with a brand new double ottaman bed and mattress when current housemate moves out, desk and double wardrobe. As its below street level it stays noticably cooler during heatwaves, but also has a window looking out onto the garden.

The flat is in an awesome location in the middle of Brick Lane, very close to the food markets and a 10 minute walk to Liverpool St or Aldgate East. Its a basement flat split over 2 levels, with the living room on street level and kitchen downstairs.

There are 4 others in the flat, 1 females and 3 males. Quite international 2 English, 1 Argentinian, 1 Polish. All working professionals. We all get on well with each other and socialise when we can with the occasional dinner or drinks, but also respect each others privacy.

Main benefits of the flat are the living room, location, and the cat - Marcus. The WiFi is excellent, we have Netflix, prime, etc, 2 bathrooms, a small patio/smoking area leading to a large garden with BBQ.

Pretty liberal and chill, all we ask is that you respect the space and each other, cleaning up after yourself in the communal areas.
