Sick flat seeking sick flatmate

One of our current flatmates moving out after 5 years into her own gorgeous space, and we are now looking for a third person to join our flat family from 1st August!

The current flatmates are Dominique (29, f, works in climate startups, into art and combat sports), and Rachael (29, f, works as an Optometrist at Moorfields and trains for Ironmans).

We both live independent lives but love coming togher for plenty of chilled evenings in, cooking with a glass of wine followed by a movie or venturing out to one of the local bars for a cocktail. 

Dominique works hybrid and Rachael works 4 days a week onsite. We are looking for someone with a similar schedule who either works from the office or hybrid ideally (there isn’t space in the room for a desk or wfh office).

The room is a furnished double bedroom, with plenty of natural light. It includes a bed frame (with storage underneath), wardrobe with internal shelving and mirror. You will need to bring your own mattress. The kitchen living is a large open plan space with lovely period features and incredible views of the city.

The flat is close to multiple transport links, and there’s just loads of stuff to do in the neighbourhood.

The room is £871pm plus bills (around £100) and deposit is £1050. A new contract is due to be signed on 28th August.
