Looking for a Flatmate in Shoreditch (Brick Lane)

Hey, my flatmate is sadly moving out and I am looking for another girl to live with starting from September 2026. The flat is located right next to Brick Lane but still on a quiter street and about 4 mins away from Shoreditch High Street station.

About me
I am Sasha, a 24-year-old from Ukraine. I moved to London 2 years ago to do my Masters in law and decided to stay as I loved it so much. Now I am supposed to start work in September and hope to find a friend to share this place with before then:)
I am very much into travelling, I spent a year backpacking South America before moving to London and now I just returned from my SE Asia trip. I’ve also got a lot experience in flat shares and would say I’m very easy-going, clean and sociable. I love a good pub trip or just a little coffee in the park. I’d say that I am very happy to organise a dinner night or a party from time to time but I don’t see this place being the main point for all the afters!

🏡About the flat
The flat is in a perfect location and that’s why I decided to keep it even though my friend is moving out. It is super close to Columbia Flower Market and all the cafes and pubs in Shoreditch but also walking distance away from the City and Liverpool street.
We have a washing machine, a dishwasher and a balcony! There is a small kitchen and a living room. We will be sharing one bathroom but from my experience this has never been a problem so far!
The double room is big enough to fit a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chest of drawers, and it has large windows!!

I am looking for another girl of similar age to join me (professional or a masters student only)! I would be happy for us to become friends and not just flatmates and hang out together sometimes, but I am also very respectful of your own time!
