I am leaving London and need to find a replacement tenant for my room to live with my flatmate (working professional, female). I have been living in the flat for 5 years and the landlords are fantastic.

It's a genuinely lovely and spacious flat, very conveniently and centrally located. Includes extra storage room, balcony and gated parking (not pictured). Basic furnishings included, but some of the furniture pictured was bought by me and is available for sale (message me to enquire further).

Less than a 5 mins walk to Aldgate East station; about 7 mins to Whitechapel station and about 10 mins to Liverpool street. Less than 2 mins to Brick Lane and all the amenities, bars and restaurants it has to offer.

Can be available within 2-3 weeks, depending on how quickly you pass the landlords' checks/tenancy swap process.

Can arrange an in person viewing or video viewing any time before 15 August.
