1 Room available in the heart of East London

Hi everyone!
We’re about to move into this lovely house just next to Columbia Road Flower Market, and we’re looking for a fourth person to join our little household from 1st September!

A little bit about us: we’re three 25yo and all aiming to work in creative industries, I’m Claudia, Spanish/Italian working towards a career in the events & music industry, Greta is Swedish/Italian and works in film, and Oli is English/Norwegian and also works in film.

We’re looking for someone friendly, social, easygoing, clean and who enjoys being part of a household 🌼
We’d love to have a house where we can cook and share meals, make plans together, have the occasional drink and actually enjoy spending time with each other, while also respecting that everyone needs their own space and downtime. Basically, we’re looking to make it feel like a home rather than just a house!

The house has:
• A lovely garden
• Living room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• 2 bathrooms
• 4 double bedrooms

The available room is the smallest in the house, but still fits a queen-size bed and wardrobe comfortably. It overlooks the garden and is lovely and bright. The room is currently unfurnished, so you would need to get a bed and wardrobe.
Rent: £775/month
Bills + council tax: approximately £90/month per person
