Hi all,

My name is Aleks and I am looking for a lovely person to move into the second bedroom of my home from September+.

All the bills are included in the monthly price, and you'd be sharing just with me! Plus, you have everything furnished and ready-to-go so you don't have to worry about getting yourself settled in and buying anything. You're welcome to use all kitchen equipment and items as well!

**The Home**
It's a comfortable, centrally located apartment with 2-bedrooms, a shared kitchen and bathroom. It's great for anyone who might need easy travel links to Central London, City of London, Stansted, etc.

-City of London - 15mins walk
-Liverpool Street - 10/15mins walk
-Shoreditch High Street - 5mins walk
-Central London - 25mins by Tube
- 35mins by Bus
-Canary Wharf - 20mins on Overground
-Canada Water - 20mins on Overground
-Stansted Airport - 45mins on Trains

I do like to keep the apartment organised, and am also open to getting a regular bi-weekly cleaner or organising a cleaning schedule if that's something we'd like to do as a house!

Around the corner you have everything you can dream of:

- Sainsbury's Local: 5mins walk
- Large Tesco: 10mins walk
- Sunday Brick Lane & Colombia Road Markets: 5mins walk

The apartment is from the courtyard, rather than from the street, so it is very quiet!

- About Me -
I'm 32, originally from Poland/Ireland, and have been in London in this particular flat since 2021.

I run my own business and simultaneously freelance from time to time in the music/creative industries, so I'm often busy. My schedule is flexible so some days I work from home, other days I'm away completely and the house is empty. I enjoy a friendly, relaxed home, with both a bit of space as well as socialising.

I'm happy to chat, share a coffee or glass of wine, cook together, and hang-out as whenever and if we want to! However, I do spend a lot of time working, so might not always be able to.

Ideally, it feels like two independent adults sharing a home comfortably with occassional hang-outs!
