Gorgeous room in the heart of Brick Lane

hey everyone!! We're looking for a lovely flatmate to join our super central flat right on Brick Lane.

The room: A lovely room situated at the front of the flat facing brick lane. The bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table will come with the room. The room faces the street so it can get noisy in the evening and on weekends, so if you need a silent space this may not be a good fit for you!

The flat: 1.5 baths (one is a toilet and shower, the other is a toilet) that are shared between all of us. We are a 5 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street session, 15 minute walk to Whitechapel station and 20 minute walk from Liverpool Street station. We're quite literally on Brick Lane so you'll have access to delicious food and amazing vintage shops.

Move in dates are flexible between 6th and 27th October.

Cost: £920/pcm (plus ~£100/150 bills)
Deposit: £700

About us: One of us works in talent acquisition (27) and the other is completing a graduate scheme in law (24). We love having a home cooked meal and watching tv in the evening. We also love a night out and spending time with our friends. We keep a respectful and clean home.

What we're looking for: A friendly and respectful housemate around our ages that likes sharing a clean space. We like to socialize while also having time to relax on our own, and hope you do too! Girls only and no couples, sorry!
