I’m moving out of my room and looking for someone to replace me.

It’s one of 4 bedrooms and the flat has a large living room and kitchen and also a separate WC outside of the bathroom.

The room is a great size and fantastic location. Super well-connected: 5 min walk to Shoreditch High Street and 15 min walk to Liverpool Street. Plus so close to Columbia road flower market and lovely walk to Broadway Market and London Fields as well. Lots of things to do in the area!

The room comes furnished:
-bed
-desk and chair
-white dresser
-white ikea shelving unit
-large mirror
(Plus I might leave the clothing rail, undecided)

The rent is £835 a month and when I moved in 3 years ago the deposit was £748. This was before a rent increase (only 1 in 3 years) so the deposit might be a little higher.

Bills are around £49.87 a month
Council tax: £27.20 pp
WiFi: £7.67 pp
Water: around £15 a month (paid every six months, last one was £90.40 pp but varies)

Remaining housemates are in their late 20s early 30s, fairly social, like to chat and have a drink. All into left-wing politics and majority are musicians, so there is a lot of live music played in the house.

Quick note: It’s quite an old building, the flat is on the second floor with no lift and is also split over two levels so wouldn’t be the best fit for someone with mobility issues.
