Two Rooms in an Excellently Located Flat

Two of my flatmates are moving out at the end of May and I have a spare furnished double room in an apartment 2 minutes away from Brick Lane. The property has a large bathroom, a roof terrace and is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Shoreditch night life. Although there isn't a formal living room, I have a medium sized kitchen with enough space for people to sit and chat. I'm looking for sociable, reliable and fun-loving tenants, preferably students but this is by no means a must. I want people who will commit to the property and I will be able to get along with. I'm into going-out to gigs and generally soaking-up the nightlife in the area and I would want the same from the third roommate.
