Hi, we've got a furnished room going at our flatshare in Brixton. Ten minutes walking distance from the Tube, five minutes from Brockwell Park and two minutes from a large Sainsburys. The flat compromises of four rooms and one bathroom (two toilets). The new tenant will be living with 4 people; 3 girls and a guy. 1 of us is a bus driver, one a nurse, one a student and the other a dog walker/trainer so please note that sometimes we might have some very friendly dogs round once in a blue moon!
The room is a pretty decent size. The rest of the flat is a bit worn around the edges but all in working order and well loved. We're a fairly tidy bunch and take turns cleaning.
