Double Bedroom in Brixton

The Home (PICS ARE NOT FULLY UP TO DATE YET, WILL PROVIDE SOME FRESH ONES ASAP).
The room comes furnished and is part of a flat composed of 4 bedrooms (the other 3 occupied by current flatmates), a large living room, with lots of comfy seating that gives out to a little balcony with nice view on a quiet green (see picture). Other common areas include: toilet, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. This is a serene but social household: guests are welcome within limits, we are friendly to each other but don't live in each others pockets.

The Flatmates.
Current flatmates are Alen, Aaron A. and Aaron H.: we're all somewhat working full time (respectively in Hospitality, Education and Healthcare) time while also pursuing side hustle in Music.

The Directions.
The flat is 2 minutes walk from Brockwell Park, 5 minutes walk from the closest big Sainsbury's and a couple of nice pubs (Hootananny, Effra Social or Elm Park Tavern), 10 minutes walk from Herne Hill (through the park), 14 minutes walk from Brixton Station and is served by buses 2, 432 & 415 (within 2 mins walking) and 3, 37, 45, 118, 133, 159, 59, 333 (and others within 6 mins walking).

The Monies.
The price is £728 which includes all bills. Deposit is £720.
