Short Term Monthly Rolling Let

Hi there I am a live in landlord who is in the process of selling my flat. I am therefore looking for someone who wants a short term rental on a monthly basis.

It is likely the room will be available until July and potentially longer. I can give at least a month’s notice.

I will also be renting out the third room in a similar way.

The flat is on the top floor of a four floor Victorian property split into four flats. Our flat is two floors and the room available is situated on the first floor. The room has beautifully high ceilings and view over London. It is a double fully furnished room with very large built in wardrobe. The bathroom would be shared with just myself and is directly next to the room. The other room in the flat has an Ensuite so there would only be two of us using the bathroom.

I am a very relaxed person who see’s the flat as a home. I work from home 2-3 days per week and then two days I am in the office. During the week I’m often keeping things quite low key and love a series / film. I’m a pretty active person with lots of nearby friends so I am often out and about especially at the weekend. Love the occasional glass of wine too.
