Double room in Brixton

Hi everyone,
I have 1 double room to rent in Brixton.
The house is located in a 10-minute walk from Brixton underground station.
The rooms are furnished with bed, table, and wardrobe.
The rent is £160 per week and it will be paid every 2 weeks. Council tax and Internet are included. Electricity, gas, and water are not included. This will be added to the rent, depending on consumption.
No deposit required.
The new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home, kitchen, and bathroom.
Ideally, we are looking for a quiet, clean, non-smoker, and respectful person. This is a very quiet house, and we want to keep it that way. If this sounds like it might suit you, please don't hesitate to contact me.
