Double room avail in Brixton 2 bed garden flat

I am a 40 year old female looking for someone to rent my spareroom. My flat is a calm, relaxing and homely environment on a residential street right near Brockwell park. It’s a double fronted Victorian property, with bedrooms on one side, and the living area on the other, so plenty of space for two people. If you are a key worker and still need to travel, Brixton tube is only 8 minutes walk (Victoria line), and Herne Hill overground 10 minutes. The room available overlooks the garden (needs a bit of work if you have some time on your hands and want to develop a new hobby-happy to chip in for plants) and is furnished with a fitted wardrobe.

I am currently working on a 3D cad program for jewellery making, so I will be keeping busy with that, whilst also meditating and trying to do a bit of exercise (perhaps skipping in the garden!) in order to stay healthy in mind and spirit during lockdown.

There is a possibility I will go to Nottingham for a stretch to stay with my boyfriend so I would appreciate someone trustworthy, that is also happy with their own company.

The £820 includes all bills. 1 month deposit.
