Short-term: Quiet room in Brixton/Stockwell.

From 19th December, I have a room going spare and am looking for a lovely person to fill it.

It's a Victorian, sunny maisonette 5 minute walk from both Brixton and Stockwell tube.

*Move in date is 19th December - max 1 month rental. Open to less than 1 month!*

The room gets loads of light in the morning and sits on a quiet street. It has built in wardrobes and loads of storage under the eaves. We also have a spacious living room with a wood burning stove, large kitchen and free Netflix.

I own the flat and work for a charity.

Deposit is £500. Rent is £900 bills not included - they are roughly £120 per month each.

We're looking to meet people between now and 7th Dec, so please only message if you are available one of those dates to meet.

I’m in the process of selling and the flat is currently under offer. This might mean we can extend how long the room is available for but have said it’s a month as that will be the quickest we will exchange.
