Spacious Double Room in Tulse Hill

I have a double room available in Tulse Hill, about a 15-minute walk from Brixton Underground Station and just five minutes from the nearest bus stop.

The flat is ideally located within a short walk of Sainsbury’s, Hootananny, Brockwell Park, Brockwell Lido and plenty of great restaurants. It’s on a nice, quiet residential street and our flat has a friendly vibe.

I’m a working professional, easygoing and often out for work. The same goes for my male flatmate. We are often out all day. We’d prefer a flatmate who works an 8-5 (working from home 1-2 days is also fine).

The flat itself is clean, tidy, and feels like home. We’ve got a lovely shared living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small garden for relaxing.

The room is fully furnished with storage space, a workspace and a sofa. There’s also fast WiFi.
Council Tax is Band D.

The deposit is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy.
