Large Double Room in Spacious Brixton House

We have a large double room to rent in our lovely house in Brixton.

The house is located on a quiet residential street just over a 5-minute walk from Brixton Underground Station, Brixton Village and the local market, with excellent transport links and plenty of great cafés, restaurants and bars nearby.

The total cost including bills is around £1350 per month, which includes all bills, unlimited WiFi and a cleaner twice a month.

The available room is upstairs and faces the back of the house, so it's nice and quiet. It comes with built-in wardrobes and has plenty of space for a desk. Although the room is suitable for working from home, we're ideally looking for someone who isn't home-based full-time. There's also a shared office space in the house.

The house has a large shared living space with a TV and Sky channels, as well as a large garden that's perfect for BBQs during the summer months.

It's a four-bedroom house, but we're reducing the household to three people and keeping one room as a spare. We're two professional women in our 30s looking for a like-minded professional (male or female) of a similar age.

We both have busy lives but are sociable and often spend evenings watching TV together or catching up after work. We're pretty laid-back and are looking for someone similar. We do, however, like to keep the house clean and tidy, so we'd love to find someone considerate, respectful and willing to do their bit around the house.

We also have a 10-year-old cat who likes to wander around the house, so our new housemate will need to be comfortable living with cats.

The room is available from 1st November onwards and we can arrange viewings ASAP.

**Rent is due in the middle of each month so the first month would be 1.5 months rent plus deposit
