Double Room in Large House - Brixton

We have a large double room to rent in our lovely house in Brixton.

The house is on a quiet residential street and is just over 5 mins walk to Brixton tube, the village and market. Supermarket and local shops are minutes away and good bus links to Clapham and Peckham.

We have a large shared living space with a TV with sky channels & unlimited WIFI. The total cost is £1030 which covers all bills and a cleaner twice a month. It would be a one year contract with a 6 month break clause.

We’re 2 females and 1 male in our 30’s looking for a similar aged professional (male or female). We all have busy lives but are a sociable bunch and often watch TV together in the evenings. We’re pretty laid back so looking for someone similar but we like to keep the house clean and tidy so want someone who is conscientious of others and will contribute. The house has a large garden, which is great for BBQ’s in the summer. We have a 10 year old cat who wanders around the house so our new housemate must be okay with cats.

The available room is the bottom floor at the front of the house and has recently been decorated. There is space in the room for working from home (although we are ideally looking for someone who isn’t full time from home) and the house also has a shared office space.

The room is available from 3rd May onwards and we can arrange viewings ASAP.

**Rent is due in the middle of each month so the first month would be 1.5 months rent plus deposit
