Cozy double room in Brixton for female housemate.

Happy to consider a variety of full-time or part-time/flexible lets.

We are three girls who would like to sublet out one double bedroom in our home. There is some flexibility on dates but ideally, the new housemate would move in around March/Early April.

The house has recently been renovated (fully furnished with 2 bathrooms) and includes all bills and a cleaner.

The home is larger than it looks (I am happy to video call to show you).

The double room would suit someone fairly chilled who likes to cook (or eat!) It is ideal for people on exchanges, short-term work contracts, or looking to find a base while searching for a permanent London home.

Current flatmates work in the NHS, government, and charity sectors. The house is a Netflix/ bake muffins house, not a party house- though we love a dinner out. Brixton Hill is a great area for cafes, pubs, and restaurants, and Brockwell Park is nearby.

The house is located just off Brixton Hill, SW2 3 postcode.
- 20 min walk/ 5 min bus ride to Brixton tube station
- 20 min walk/ 5 min bus ride to Streatham Hill or Tulse Hill train stations.

We would prefer another girl, and as we are all veggie, we would like someone who is either veggie, vegan or comfortable not eating meat in the house 🌱.

The house is large so we do not hear each other a lot, but we are also respectful of everyone's privacy. Guests/sleepovers are welcome occasionally, but they are not something we encourage as we all have busy work/social lives outside the home.
