1 bed flat Brixton Hill 1 month Dec/J sublet

Hello everyone,

I'm renting my beautiful 1 bedroom flat for 3 weeks between 25 August - 12 September 2026, dates flexible, while I'm out of the country. The apartment is the top floor of a large Victorian house. The entrance is shared with the rest of the house where lives 3 very friendly and creative housemates - we all work in the arts / film / design, so if you were similarly inclined that would be a plus! However the flat is separate to the house with no shared spaces.

It consists of a brightly coloured fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, large bathroom with a bath and a very large bedroom / sitting room. Couples are welcome and pets can be discussed - there is a cat who lives in the house below, Richard, who can be quite accommodating and rarely ventures to the flat.

The rent is £400 a week including all bills and security deposit (£1200 for the full 3 weeks, dates can be slightly flexible). The flat is close to Brockwell Park including Brockwell Lido and gym, Herne hill and its lovely market on Sundays, and a short 10-15 walk to Brixton tube. A large Sainsburys is 5 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood is really quiet but with Brixton on your doorstep also very well connected.
