Double by beautiful Brockwell Park -Flexi Contract

We've got a double room available in our lovely shared house in Brixton/Tulse Hill. We're on a quiet, leafy street just next to Brockwell Park - 2 min walk away.

We've got a nice living room and a back garden that gets the sun all day from early morning till sunset. Great for lazy days, reading and chilling out.

It’s a very laid back easy-going house and we're looking to find someone that will fit in with that vibe. Sometimes we might hang out have a glass of wine and a laugh in the garden or watch a film in the living room together. But if we want to hang out in our rooms and have some time to just chill on our own that's cool too.

It’s not a party house but it’s cool to have friends around for dinner, guests etc.

The main thing is we're looking for someone really CLEAN, TIDY and very RESPECTFUL towards the house.
**Keeping the kitchen, living room and bathroom clean for your fellow housemates is a MUST**

Although we're in a very quiet spot we’re very well connected to public transport.

Brixton (Tube & Train St) - 5mins by bus or 10/15min walk down the hill.

Herne Hill (Train St) - 10 min walk through Brockwell Park

Clapham Common (Tube) - 10mins cycle or 15min by bus

Central London - 7min to Zone 1 from Brixton Tube on the (Victoria Line)

The room is £937 per month. All bills are included in that: Electric, Gas, Water rates, Council Tax, and Internet. That figure also includes household things like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags and household cleaning stuff.

It's a six-month contract but we can be flexible if you need something slightly shorter. The minimum would be three months.

A deposit of £700, ID and a reference from your previous landlord is required to secure the room.
