Double room to rent in Brixton

Double room in a bright, spacious 2 bed flat in Brixton, roughly 10 mins walk to Brixton tube, the market and at least 2 gyms, and about 15 to Stockwell. Close to shops and buses to central London, 2 small parks nearby too. My current flatmate is moving out and I would love to stay as it's a lovely flat and I love the area.
A bit about me - I am an introvert but also love to meet people and go out. I am a tidy person and like it clean so am looking for someone who feels the same and is perhaps looking for a home rather than just a place to sleep. I have many interests, I love food, travel, books, Netflix /movies and movies. I work from home some days a week but from my room so there is space in the living room for a desk. Please note some bills are on top of the price listed. Also - I am not the landlord so re pets, I'm ok with that but cannot make that decision.
