Spacious room to rent in a bright and airy modern flat, 5 minutes walk from Brixton Village.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, large desk and storage.

You'll have use of a fully equipped kitchen, large open plan dining and living space, tastefully furnished with a 50-inch TV. You can also enjoy summer evenings on the big balcony with views over Brockwell Park and the London skyline.

I'm the owner of the flat and you'd be sharing with me. So a little bit about me - I'm a professional working in the arts and entertainment industry. I'm very friendly, enjoy a glass of wine and good food. I also like my own space and my home is my sanctuary, so it's quite a peaceful flat.

I occasionally look after my neighbour's dog and I'm planning on getting a little dog of my own in a few months' time, so I'm looking for someone who is happy for a dog to be around.
