Double room available in a split level period property, 10-15 mins walk to Brixton and Herne Hill train stations. Not available to couples, sorry.
The cost includes all energy bills, WiFi and a cleaner twice a month. There is a free parking space and a communal garden for BBQs.
The flat is 5 mins walk to a large Sainsbury's, Brockwell park and the lido. There are 3 good cafes less than 5 mins walk away for your coffee fix. On Sundays there is a cute market in Herne Hill.
The room comes with a bed frame, Emma mattress, built-in wardrobe and drawers. There's also room for a desk.
You'd be living with me, Catherine :) I'm 36, working in real estate and sustainability. I work in the office Monday to Friday and spend my evenings working out, cooking or hanging out with lovely friends in the area.
