Mon-Fri lodger wanted for Brixton/Tulse Hill flat

Hi!
I’m looking for a friendly and respectful lodger to join me in my lovely flat during the week. You would have a furnished double room and full access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony.

£650 per month includes 4 nights per week, all bills, and a weekly cleaner. I’m also happy to discuss fewer nights per week and full-time shorter lets. Availability is initially for 3 months, with the possibility to extend after that.

The flat is situated across the road from the beautiful Brockwell park and is about a 15-minute walk to Brixton, Herne Hill, and Tulse Hill stations. It’s also well-served by many bus routes.

The set-up would be perfect for someone who needs to be in a London office during the week but lives elsewhere at weekends. Please note that this would not be suitable for home working. I’m happy for you to leave some belongings over the weekends.

My week nights are often very relaxed and revolve around cooking, TV, and chilling out, so looking for someone who is respectful of this 😊.
