Double room available less than 15 minute walk from Brixton tube station. Only available for weekday/Mon-Fri rental and for female renters.

Room comes with small double bed, bookcase, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

I can provide bedding and towels that will be laundered once a week at the weekends.

There is a combined living/dining/kitchen area that you will have access to use as you wish.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, towel rack and plenty of storage and will be shared with just myself.

The flat has high-speed broadband and probably every streaming service (at least a lot of them).

I am a freelancer who works frequently from home, so I am looking for a Monday - Friday let with someone who is in London specifically to work in the office. My evenings are generally quiet, and if I'm not out will be spent in with a cup of tea and a movie. Looking for someone with a similar vibe.

Open to fewer nights per week rental and can adjust rent to reflect.
