The flat is extremely bright, with city views from the front and garden views behind. It is split level with my bedroom in the loft conversion, the room I'm renting is on the main floor adjacent to the bathroom. The kitchen and living rooms are separate, and there is a balcony/terrace off the half-landing that overlooks a secluded garden area.

Room is fully furnished with new double glazing, chest of drawers and clothing rail, shelves, mirror, double bed. Can be swapped for single bed if you prefer more space.

I'm a software engineer and work mainly from home so would prefer somebody who does not work from home all the time. I'm relaxed and pretty outgoing, I enjoy drinks with friends, going to see live music, cooking, watching films, playing sports.
