Sami - 32, from the UK. Only there 2 days a week as works away. Project manager. Into music (playing and listening) and gym.
Alex - 28, from the UK. Works in commercial real estate. Likes working out and catching up with mates.

The house will have 3 rooms available in August looking to get them filled until around January 2027 as the house is being put on the market.
2 rooms on the second floor and 1 room on the first floor. All 3 rooms can be viewed in one go and will be rented on a first come first serve basis.

- comes with desk and chair for wfh, sturdy wooden double bed + comfy mattress, wardrobe, TV stand

The area
Great transport links. Outdoor gym 30metres away. Neighbours are lovely. I (the landlord) live nearby + will be quick to sort out any issues. Can get on street parking with a permit (~£200/year).
