Lovely room in 2 bed 2 bath bills ncluded, Brixton

I am looking for a lodger for my second bedroom. I have a 2 bed 2 bath near Brixton (travel wise, 15 mins walk to Brixton, 5 mins to Thameslink, 20 mins to Northern Line at Stockwell).

The bedroom is roughly 3m x 3m, with views looking north (right to the London Eye). I have my own bathroom so the guest bathroom (which is newly refurbished with a waterfall shower) is almost private.

The flat has been entirely renovated and has an eat in kitchen with 5 burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, all crockery, lots of pots and pans etc (I like to cook) and separate living room with loads of natural light. I also have a south facing balcony. :)

Rent is inclusive of all bills including a fortnightly cleaner. I am open to Monday-Friday lets and am happy negotiate rates for that.

As a live in landlord I am pretty chill - like my own space, but also happy to share the odd meal/pint/glass of wine... I grew up locally so know all the best pubs and small plates places. I like music, pilates, swimming, cooking, watching sport. I'm not particularly loud, and I'm tidy. For the last decade I've been a TV producer, I recently changed career.

The room is not suitable for couples, pets, or people who WFH (sorry).

The room is available from May.
