Hi all - I'm looking for someone to rent the main ensuite room in my beautiful penthouse flat for a short term one month rent for September. You would get a fantastic deal - my partner Luke stays just 3 nights a week (and works long hours) and so you'd effectively have an entire 100sq m beautiful penthouse flat in Brixton Hill to yourself most of the time. Its a stunning flat - sunny, warm and light, spacious and quiet.

Its two bed two bathroom, you'd get the large room with ensuite. The open plan living dining room opens out onto a beautiful roof terrace which is perfect for sunny days.

I'd want you to look after it like your own - I'm super clean and tidy, and the apartment is in perfect nick (its quite new).

This would be perfectly suited to a couple who want a furnished flat almost to themselves for a short term rent for September.
