It is well located, on a lovely street and is a 10 min walk to Brixton station. You are also a 5 min walk from Brockwell Park and 15 mins away from Herne Hill. There are lots of nice coffee shops/restaurants/pubs in the area.
The landlords are also great - they live nearby and are super supportive.
I have lived in the flat for 5 years so hopefully that is some indication of how much I have enjoyed the flat and location.
Rent is £1,200 per month - this excludes bills which are around £200 per month (is council tax band D).
Is available from 24th November but we can be a flexible on move in date if needed.
About me: I am a 29 year old working in the civil service and tend to be in the office every day. I am quite sociable and up for a pub trip or walk or chat. I also enjoy cooking (which you obviously benefit from).
