Vacancy at an amazing flat in Brixton
Hey everyone! - we’re looking for a groovy fourth member for our household.
The people:
Robin, 29, is a Theatre Design graduate and WhatsApp sticker connoisseur with an excellent and ever-expanding music library. Equally happy disappearing off for an adventure in the Welsh countryside or heading to a gig, exhibition or a play you probably haven’t heard of yet. Cooks very yum food, takes saunas and massages ~seriously~ and has witty remarks and silly things to say in equal measure. Curious, funny and always has something interesting on the go.
Genevieve (or Gennie once you get to know her), 31, is a teacher, enthusiastic audience member and very willing participant in a bit. Easily talked into a silly plan and typically has some combination of an exhibition, gig, cinema trip and/or pub in mind for the week. Loves a kitchen debrief, a good story and people who can make her laugh. She occasionally bakes for the household, and has an ever-growing list of places in London she’s convinced everyone should go to.
Yarin, 29, works for a refugee charity, eats veggies and tries to convince people to play board games with him. Silly, kind and very game for an unexpectedly long discussion about whatever random topic has come up. Occasionally DJs but won’t make you hear about it all the time, loves an excuse to dress up, and is always down for a theatre trip or some other plan someone’s cooked up. He’s got a girlfriend in the arts and a seasonally changing hairstyle.
Looking for someone easy going and up for a joke. We all live pretty busy lives and are up for including one another in whatever London things we get up to so are looking for someone with their own cultural interests who is on the same page. We like to keep a tidy/respectful/care free space.
LGBTQ+ friendly
Location:
Brixton Hill - The neighbourhood is quiet despite being a stones throw away from the main high street and beside a Cat C prison. There are many supermarkets, pubs and various shops within a 15min walk radius (including Lidl).
We have a reasonably spacious 4 bedroom flat with a living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, storage room, balcony, and a large shared garden. The flat is a 15min walk from Brixton tube station and a 1min walk from the bus stop on the main road which connects you to London Bridge and Central London.
When:
Move in date would be late December around 23rd to 28th, although let us know if another slightly amended date would be necessary.

£825pm + bills (approx £70 - £100pcm) - deposit £800.
