We have a room to rent in our home in London between Brixton and Clapham.
It’s a quiet area with plenty of local shops nearby and public transportation as well.
The room is furnished with a DOUBLE bed, 2 wardrobes ( 1 double door and a very big sliding wardrobe) ideal for someone with lots of clothes and stuff and a chest of drawers.
council tax included in rent. Other utilities are not included (gas & electricity every 3 months, your cut will be about £25/30 per month)
The common areas of the home are a huge living room, very big kitchen,1 bathroom, 1 toilet and an epic garden .
Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least 6 months with previous landlord reference and work reference. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.
