Large double bedrooms near Brixton

Hi there,

I am looking for two new roommates to join the 3-bed house from August 31st 2026. I have been living with my current housemates for 2 years and they are both sadly moving in with their girlfriends at the end of our lease.

The house is in a great location and very well connected. It is a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube station (Victoria line), 10 minute walk to Stockwell tube station (Northern and Victoria line), 15 minute walk to Oval tube station (Northern line) and a 10 minute walk to Loughborough Junction (Overground) as well as being very well connected with bus routes.

The house comes fully furnished and has a large kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a back garden. There is a desk in the kitchen which caters for people working from home.

Both bedrooms are double bedrooms and come fully furnished. One bedroom is £1000/month as it is larger with an extension (see photos). The other bedroom is £900/month as it is slightly smaller.

We share bills which come to around £100-£120 per month (wifi, water, council tax, gas).

Viewings will take place on Friday 31rd July, Saturday 4th July and Sunday 5th July.

About me:
I'm 29 years old from Dublin. I work as a Physiotherapist for Crystal Palace FC. I play football, run and go to the gym during the week. On the weekends, I hang out with my friends, go to beer gardens and watch whatever sport is on. I'm looking for friendly, sociable housemates that would be up for hanging out from time to time, as well as respecting everyone’s personal time.
