This new-build flat is located just off the main road so close to your life essentials: supermarket and gym across the road, 5min walk to a large Sainsbury's, 7 mins to Brockwell park (which offers tennis courts, Lido and even a pond with swans!) + loads of pubs/restaurants from all over the world & all that Brixton has to offer!
Bills not included and come to just under 175 per person per month (wifi, council tax, energy, water).
The room is fully furnished with high-quality furniture incl. a superking bed, a desk and an office chair.
Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, has a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave etc.
