I am renting out the larger of the two rooms while keeping the smaller room available for my own occasional use when I need to be in London for work events and engagements. I will likely be in London once a month or every two months.

The room would suit someone coming to London for a work placement, a mature student, or anyone looking for high-quality temporary accommodation. Couples are welcome, although there will be a £400 increase in the rent to account for two occupants.

Bills are not included. Total monthly bills are approximately £400.00, which will be shared as follows: 1/5 by myself and 4/5 by the tenant(s).
