Cosy double in heart of Brixton (with a dog)

Thanks for looking at my advert. I'm looking for a flat mate for longer term but I'd also be happy with short lets if people have specific dates in mind.

Details:

The flat has 2 bedrooms, split shower and toilet, and a living room/kitchen/library/board game room. It’s cosy, light, and the neighbours are friendly.

The flat is super conveniently located, just a couple of minutes from Brixton tube, at the start of the (empty) Victoria line, and with buses into Elephant and Castle, and about 50 other places. Brockwell Park is a 15 minute walk away, and Clapham Common is 20. Lovely coffee shops 30 seconds away, supermarkets, the high street, nice brunch spots, all that jazz.

I think the ideal flatmate would enjoy share cooking (we have a small fridge), be social and tidy, and be interested in community-type stuff. It would be great if they fancied a couple pints every now and again, too.

I am often hiking, camping, surfing, or otherwise being outdoors at the weekends. Out for exercise, drinks or dinner during the week, with some evenings in to read/watch Netflix etc..

The flat comes with a spaniel puppy called Bella. She is affectionate, playful and mostly quiet. It will be an amazing place for someone who loves dogs.

All bills included except cleaner, who comes every couple of weeks and is £45, so we take in turns to pay for her.
