Double bedroom 5 minute walk from tube

Hi everyone, my name is Andrew and a room in my flat in Brixton is coming available as my current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend!

The room is £1050 per month. Bills aren't included but the landlord pays for council tax which is around £70pm.

The room has a large double bed, large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with a big window which gets a lot of light. It can also fit a desk if you want. It is the smaller room in the flat but it is still a good size.

The flat has a big shared bathroom with shower, and a open plan kitchen and great living room which is really spacious. There are also a few closets for extra storage and a nice balcony which is great in summer. The flat is 5 minute walk from the underground station and close to the electric brixton venue as well as big Sainsbury's, tescos and Lidl.

A bit about me: I am 26 years old and currently workings as an Actuary so I am in the office a couple days a week. I enjoy cooking, seeing friends, exploring, watching sports and going to music events. I am quite chill in the evening, I and enjoy watching TV and seeing my friends. I am looking for someone who is social and easy to get along with, but also someone who has their own life that they enjoy.
