Amazing 3 story house in Brixton (10 mins walk to Brixton tube/train or Herne Hill), right next to Brockwell Park.

It's in a gated development and there is free parking.

There are two rooms available in one - a bedroom and an attached office space for £965/month from early June.

The house is shared between 4 people and includes a well-maintained kitchen, lounge, conservatory space and a lovely back garden.

You would be sharing a bathroom with 2 others, plus there is an additional toilet downstairs.

The current housemates are three guys, doing a mix of WfH and going into the office.

We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household and are open to sharing with people of all genders, backgrounds and sexualities.

We have a friendly wee dog that lives with us called Tara, so dog lovers are particularly welcome.

The bills are shared across the housemates and include a fortnightly cleaner.

We are a friendly, considerate and quiet house that like to keep the place clean and neat, so somebody similar would be a good fit.
