Double room in Brixton Hill

Double room with un-attached private bathroom. Spacious, bright flat in Brixton Hill, with a living room, dining area and private garden.

I bought the flat nearly 5 years ago, my housemate and her dog are moving out end of August as she is moving to Spain so I’m looking for a new roommate, flexible on move in dates.

I’m easy-going, social and tidy person. I’m keen to live with someone who wants to be social with a pub trip, park walk or watching a series every so often but I also appreciate my own space, especially after a busy work day. I’m very active, love most sports and travelling as much as possible. I work in sales for a sustainability company that support the hospitality industry so I’m normally in the office Tuesday - Thursday and have a desk in the living room which can be used when I’m not there. There is also a deck in the bedroom.

I love my flat so looking for someone who is going to also look after it and make it their home too.

I look after the neighbours dog occasionally (a gorgeous flat coat retriever) so looking for someone who likes dogs. Due to this I wouldn’t be able to have someone move in who has a cat. I’m very open to someone who has a dog.
