Based between Brixton and Herne Hill, you have the best of both, as well as being just 5 mins walk to the Victoria Line at Brixton.
Our flatmate is travelling for 2 months and looking to sublet their room for the duration of the trip. The room will be completely cleared of belongings, but will come furnished!
The flat comprises four other lovely young professionals who are very chill and friendly! We have a large living room, dining room and good-sized garden complete with BBQ.
We’re doing viewings over the next few weeks and will require a deposit of £100 to secure the room. This will be returned to you at the end!
